Students have the opportunity to plant fruits and vegetables in the school garden. Parent volunteers open the garden every Wednesday at lunch for students. In addition, each grade level has a dedicated planting bed. Teachers can bring their students out to the garden for science lessons and opportunities to maintain their planting bed.
Our New Garden (located behind the Maker’s Space) is still a work in progress and the Old Garden (located behind Extended Care portable) is open for students! The Garden will be open every Wednesday during Recess if condition permits.
