Cost: $10 per student (one adult chaperone free with each paid child)

Ticket forms were sent home in Thursday envelopes on 1/17. Please return your form with checks made payable to Lietz HSC, with Sweetheart Dance in the memo line. If paying with cash, please return to the office in an envelope with your name, student’s name(s) and teacher(s).
